PAYMENT TERMS & OPTIONS 

Making it easy for you to purchase

Booking Confirmation

​

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Tentative bookings without payment will not be held.

  • Full payment is required to secure a booking.

  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer

  • Cash payments are no longer accepted to avoid risks of no-shows.

Payment Policies

​

  • All bookings require full payment to confirm.

  • Payments are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Proof of payment must be provided for bank transfers.

​

Cancellation & Refunds

​

  • Up to 48 hours before the lesson: A credit note will be issued for the full lesson fee.

  • Less than 48 hours before the lesson: No refund will be issued. A credit note may be

  • applied on a case-by-case basis, subject to review.

  • No-shows will result in the entire fee being forfeited.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling within 24-48 hours is subject to a $20 administrative fee.

  • Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Pre-Paid Packages

​

  • Expiry: All pre-paid packages must be used within 3 months of purchase.

  • Packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared between individuals.

  • Refunds for unused packages are not available.

​

Safety and Conditions

​

  • Payments may be forfeited if the student fails to meet safety requirements, including:

  • Holding a valid license.

  • Being sober and fit to drive.

​

Changes to Terms​

​

  • The driving school reserves the right to update payment terms and conditions.• Clients will be notified of changes via email or the website.
